🎨 Booking & Cancellation Policies
🖌️ Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total booking cost is required to confirm your event.
Deposit must be paid at the time of booking through our approved payment methods (Cash App, Stripe, etc.).
Your event date will not be secured until the deposit is received.
🎨 Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event.
We accept payment via Cash App, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
🚫 Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may be rescheduled to a future available date, with the deposit applied to the new date.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- No-shows or cancellations on the event day will require full payment of the remaining balance.
✏️ Changes to Your Booking
Changes to event time, location, or services must be communicated to us at least 72 hours prior to your event.
We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.
⚠️ Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances (for outdoor events), we will work with you to reschedule your event.
Deposits remain non-refundable but will be applied to the rescheduled date.
📧 Communication & Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed and the deposit is received, you will receive an email confirmation including your event details and balance due.
Please review the confirmation email carefully and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed.
🏷️ Other Policies
- We reserve the right to refuse service at events where unsafe or inappropriate conditions are present.
- Children must be supervised by an adult during all face painting and art activities.
- By booking with Strokes Of Faith, you agree to these policies.
